Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-returnable items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Customized or made-to-order garments.

  • Intimate wear or sanitary goods (for hygiene reasons).

  • Gift cards or store credits.

  • Downloadable or digital products.

  • Sale or clearance items (only regular-priced items may be refunded).

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Sale items are non-refundable.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).

  3. Contact your bank (there may be a processing delay).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [support@labelap.com].

  • Send your item to: [Insert physical return address].

If the item was a gift, and it was shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to them directly.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: [Insert physical return address].

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the item was defective or incorrect).

  • Depending on your location, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking proof.
